Property Maintenance
It is important that your property is well maintained.  From time to time all properties require some maintenance to be carried out and we can ensure that routine repairs and odd jobs are carried out by reputable tradesmen. Spick ‘n’ Span Algarve will inform you immediately if there are any repairs that need to be carried out and assure you that emergency repairs will be dealt with immediately.

We can also arrange Satellite TV installation, Fitting of Air Conditioning Units, Health and Safety Equipment (fire blankets, smoke detectors ,fire extinguishers etc.) and provide yearly gas checks.

Should you require a quote for building work on your property Spick ‘n’ Span Algarve work closely with a Constructor based here in the Algarve and can arrange this service for you.
 

Pool and Garden Upkeep
If you have a pool and require assistance in maintaining it, this service is for you. We can provide a professional pool cleaning service, including maintenance and repairs.  Arrangements can be made to ensure the regular up keep of your garden area. This includes; mowing of lawns, pruning hedges, shrubs and trees, weeding and general cleaning and tidying of terraces and paths. Alterations will be made to the irrigation system during the change of seasons to prevent water wastage and over watering.
 

It is a fact that unoccupied properties are at high risk of attracting thieves and could also suffer leaks or floods especially over the winter months. During your absence you can be assured that we will make regular checks of your property (as often as you request). If any problems are found you will be informed immediately and the problem will be dealt with promptly to ensure that the situation is resolved as quickly as possible.
 

Closed and unventilated areas suffer from mildew, mould and odour,  therefore, regular checking and airing of property is very important.  At the start of the summer season or on request by yourself and as often as you require, we can arrange for your home to be aired, air-conditioned or heated, depending on the time of year, to make your home perfect for any arrivals.
 

If you require an itinerary check for your rental property we can carry out this procedure (normally pre-season) to make sure that everything is in place and ready for your guest’s arrival.

Airport Transfers

If you require a private airport transfer to and from your accommodation we can arrange this for you at very competitive rates.  This a friendly, reliable and “door to door” service which ensures no hanging around at the airport!
 

Spick ‘n’ Span Algarve use a local company who offer very competitive rates for car hire throughout the Algarve.  They have a good selection of cars ranging from small economy vehicles to large minibuses and there is no extra charge for airport pick up and drop off. 
 

A full welcome pack service is available with quality products including English products if required. This service provides your clients with essential provisions for their arrival ensuring they start their holiday on the beach or beside the pool rather than in the supermarket!  If you guests have any special requirements (especially when traveling with young children) we are happy to accommodate.
 

Our Information Pack is filled with useful information about the Algarve and it’s culture.  You will find information on the beaches, golf courses, attractions, eating out, markets, and much much more, as well as important and essential contact numbers.  At Spick ‘n’ Span Algarve we are always on hand to assist your guests where possible to ensure that they enjoy their stay in the Algarve.
 

Should your clients require any help or assistance during their stay here in the Algarve, we will be only too happy to help. We will aim to assist your clients as quickly and efficiently as possible but we do not provide an out of hours service unless it is an emergency.
