Window & Shutter cleaning

We can relieve you of the time consuming job of cleaning your windows and shutters leaving you with more quality time for yourself.

We offer a key holding service to all our clients, whether long term, short term or just for a few days. Whatever your requirements are we will accommodate.

Home alone security checks

It is a fact that unoccupied properties are at high risk of attracting thieves and could also suffer leaks or floods. If you are away for a period of time you can be assured that we will make regular checks of your property (as often as you request) to ensure that you have complete peace of mind.

Property airing

Closed and unventilated areas suffer from mildew, mould and odour therefore regular checking and airing of property is very important. On your return, or on request by yourself, we can arrange for you home to be aired, air-conditioned or heated, depending on the time of year, to make your home perfect for any arrivals.

Bill payments

Whether you are away for long periods or short breaks we can arrange for your bills to be paid for you. Whatever your circumstances we can help.

Forwarding of post

For those of you who primarily live outside of Portugal, we can arrange pick up and forwarding of post to your requested address.

We can provide you with your shopping on a regular basis or by request on return to your property here in the Algarve.

Your vehicle / Car Hire

We can offer advice in all aspects of managing your vehicle to ensure that your vehicle is legally maintained. We also provide a valet service. Car Hire service is also available, just let us know your requirements and we will arrange.

Welcome Packs & Information

Full Welcome Pack service available with quality products including English products if required. This service provides your clients with essential provisions for their arrival ensuring they start their holiday on a positive note. Information packs including maps and information on local attractions are available on request.

Deposit/Itinerary Check

If you require an itinerary check for your rental property we can carry out this procedure to make sure that everything is in place.

Should your clients require any help or assistance during their stay here in the Algarve, we will only be happy to help. We will aim to assist your clients as quickly and efficiently as possible but we do not provide an out of hours service.
