Property Checks and Airing It is a fact that unoccupied properties are at high risk of attracting thieves and could also suffer leaks or floods especially over the winter months. During your absence you can be assured that we will make regular checks of your property (as often as you request). If any problems are found you will be informed immediately and the problem will be dealt with promptly to ensure that the situation is resolved as quickly as possible.   Closed and unventilated areas suffer from mildew, mould and odour,  therefore, regular checking and airing of property is very important.  At the start of the summer season or on request by yourself and as often as you require, we can arrange for your home to be aired, air-conditioned or heated, depending on the time of year, to make your home perfect for any arrivals.         < Prev   Next >
