The second double bedroom is accessed from the lounge area. The third bedroom is located in the upper area of the property and is accessed by stairs from the hall. This bedroom does have a small access door and has an apex roof but this room is full of great character and has excellent views from the window.

The lounge area is fully equipped with SKY TV, DVD player, wood burning stove and has patio doors leading to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will require including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all utensils and again has access to the terrace and pool area.

The covered terrace has dining area for 6 and plenty of space if you wan't to unwind in the shade. Down a few steps from the terrace is the pool area with sunbeds for 6 and another dining area. Further down a few more steps brings you to the garden area of the cottage with another covered dining area and large BBQ. From here the views of the Cumeada Ridge are simply fantastic and offers complete tranquility allowing you to relax and unwind.
